The Cisco Network Programmability Design and Implementation Specialist addresses the evolving role of network engineers towards more programmability, automation, and orchestration, enabling them to leverage the powerful level of abstraction provided by controller-based architectures to create real added value. Preparing for the 300-550 exam, students’ knowledge and skills will be tested in relation to Network programmability fundamentals, APIs, and more. Other areas of study include automation protocols, data models, operations, and controllers.
